For a better understanding of our design process we have put together 5 stages.

Stage 1 - Understanding the Brief

We listen and we talk. We discover with you what your requirements are and gather all the information necessary for the job. The more you can tell us the better the result. We need to understand your product, your services, goals and target audiences. In short we need to know everything there is to know about your company to give you the best possible result. We will discuss timing, budget and information available. We clarify your expectations and agree on the scope of work and get a detailed idea of your project.

Stage 2 - Proposal

We prepare a carefully drafted estimate and schedule for the design and organise suppliers estimates to give you a full proposal outlining all the included costs.

Stage 3 - Ideas and Design Concepts

We research and plan the project framework. We carefully plan around our clients criteria, scope, schedule and budget. We research your competitors and prepare concepts of the given job. We define the direction and present the concepts, design and rationale to you. The project will not go forward from this stage until the client is 100% satisfied with the proposed design.

Stage 4 - Design development

Here we complete the development and production of the artwork and present you with the final design before we proceed to print. The final stage of the artwork is collecting all the pieces and preparing the artwork to printers specifications.

Stage 5 - Production and delivery

With approval of the proofs, we move ahead to printing. After everything is printed we will present you with the work and contact you to see if you are happy with the outcome.
